Open space exchange

Today we are going to do Open Space Exchange.  I believe this is an excellent way to discuss issues not previously addressed.  It's also a way for those who are not always speaking to have their voices heard.  Like an organizing tool. Open ideas will be flowing can't wait to see what comes of it! Excited!
